Predictions for Tonight's WWE TLC Pay Per View

Tonight is the now yearly TLC Pay Per View for World Wrestling Entertainment. TLC stands for Tables, Ladders, and Chairs, but you would know that if you looked at the nice logo above. The TLC concept was introduced on WWE TV by future Hall of Famer Mick Foley as a way to settle things between The Hardy Boyz, The Dudley Boyz, and Edge & Christian... each specializing in one of those weapons... and then, thanks to the talents of those 6 men, the TLC concept became a favorite with the WWE audience. TLC is a simple concept, the championship(s) suspended above the ring, normal Ladder match rule(use ladder to get belts), but with the addition of tables and chairs to be used by the participants in unique ways......

Then last year, WWE went on a naming spree, changing the names of pay-per-views to match stipulation themes... TLC, Elimination Chamber, Hell in the Cell, and Breaking Point(submission match theme, it only lasted one year)... WWE stole the concept from TNA Wrestling with their Lockdown PPV being all cage matches...

Anyway, tonight is this year's WWE TLC PPV, and the last PPV of the year, and the last one before my fave PPV in January called the Royal Rumble... and in my tradition, I'm going to post my predictions for the TLC PPV...

Match #2: WWE Title #1 Contender Ladder Match
2010 King of the Ring Sheamus vs John Morrison
Prediction: John Morrison

Match #3: Triple Threat Ladder Match for the Intercontinental Championship
Champion Dolph Ziggler vs Kofi Kingston vs Jack Swagger
Prediction: Jack Swagger

Match #4: Chairs Match
Nexus Leader Wade Barrett vs John Cena
Prediction: John Cena (Thanks to interference by David Otunga)

Match #5: Fatal Four Way TLC Match for the World Heavyweight Championship

Match #6: Tables Match for the WWE Championship
Champion The Miz vs Randy Orton
Prediction: The Miz

Match Stipulations

Chairs Match: Normal match, except chairs are legal to use
Ladder Match: Title/briefcase suspended above the ring, use ladder to beat opponent(s) senseless and retrieve the title/briefcase
Tables Match: Winner of the match is the one who can offensively put opponent through a table, keyword OFFENSIVELY, not by accident
TLC Match: See Ladder Match, with the addition of chairs and tables to help render opponent(s) useless

As for my picks for matches 2 and 6, I think Sheamus might win, BUT I think it would make for good WWE TV if the Raw main event for the Royal Rumble is The Miz vs John Morrison, considering their run as Tag team Champions...... and it seems to me that the Sheamus feud is the help get Morrison ready for the next level...
